Why is Luffy not affected by Boa Hancock?

With Boa Hancock being the most beautiful woman in the world (debatable), everyone is attracted to her to a level of infatuation. How do some people escape that? Easy, by not being infatuated by her. Luffy seems to be pretty much asexual and has no attraction to her what-so-ever, which means he’s not affected.
