Why does Nico pretend to not know Percy?
Because he was undercover for finding the doors of death. Nico did recognise Percy in SoN. He just pretended that he was meeting Percy for the first time because he was pretending not to have any knowledge about CHB when he was in Camp Jupiter because the demigods of both camps did not know that the other existed.
