Why didnt Sasuke bring Itachi back to life?

Sasuke exhausted his chakra to protect those who remain alive. Hence, at the end of the war, he does not know how to use rinne-rebirth and he does not have much chakra to try it out. He cannot sacrifice his life as he was already in a dying state.
