Why did Kakashi lose his Sharingan when Obito died?

If you want the non-satirical answer, he lost it because Obito’s chakra dissipated. Obito, who has a bit of 6P chakra, gave Kakashi the chakra he had and allowed Kakashi to use both the Kamui Mangekyou. Obito’s chakra doesn’t last forever, and Kakashi “loses” the Sharingan after Obito’s chakra dissipates.

He says “chakra is an energy at connects two worlds” so using chakra he comes back to living world.

Yes, the Sharingan doesn’t “contain” the techniques, it just helps the user copy them. Kakashi still can use all the jutsu he copied because they’re in his brain. The only techniques Kakashi can no longer use are those which directly use his Sharingan.

Kakashi never had two Sharingan to begin with, he only had one. During the war, Obito gave him his full power before departing to the afterlife, which granted Kakashi temporary usage of both Obito’s Sharingan, and once the power was no longer needed, both faded away.

Kakashi’s sharingan originally comes from Obito and it finally goes back to him too. During the great war, when Obito took naruto into his Kamui dimension Madara followed him into it by taking Kakashi’s sharingan and using Kamui. On reaching there, he replaces it with the rinnegan which was held by Obito at that time.
