My personal taste is that the better parts of Santiago to live are in the neighborhoods / communas Bellas Artes, Las Condes, Providencia, Bellavista, Vitacura, and Lo Barnechea. They are more expensive zones to live in, and therefore they manage to keep they’re neighborhoods modern, safe and pretty.
