Is NOC required for bike in Karnataka?

Yes. You can ride your bike in Bangalore without getting an NOC. However, if you intend to stay in Bangalore for more than 11 months then you should get an NOC to get your vehicle re-registered in Bangalore.

Duration of Relocation There is no need to relocate the two-wheeler, if you are shifting to another state for a period of less than a year only and you are about to come back again to the state where your vehicle was registered. In such cases, you can freely drive in another state.
