Is branch change allowed in NSIT?

No, DTU/NSIT don’t offer the chance to change branch after the first year. The branch allocated after the internal sliding round and the spot round is final. Some colleges allow doing so if they have vacant seat or someone has moved out to another place, transferred to another state.

Can I change my stream in DTU?

yes, you can change your branch, but it is to make sure you have not freezed your branch in your first year, there will come time in DTU first year where you willbe asked to freeze your branch if haven’t freezed your branch.

Can I change my Branch in engineering in 2nd year in NSIT?

No, you can not, according to NSIT policy your branch only changes with respect to JEE mains rank and not your performance in that particular year which happens in IITs.
