How is placement of MTech Mechanical at IISc?

Placements: Almost all the students were placed except those who had planned for their higher studies or startup. Same was the case with seniors also. The highest package was somewhere around 80 lpa and the lowest was I think 7 lpa. Roles were mainly offered in the R&D department of respective companies.
