How hard is it to get a GRE score of 300?

It’s very easy to achieve 300 on the GRE. The average score falls somewhere between 150-152 per section (and 3,5 for writing). So yes, 300 is a perfectly average score and you can do much better than that. Includes 8 practice tests, 60+ online drills, 2500+ practice questions, and interactive and video-based lessons.

Are practice tests harder than the GRE?

Not to say that they don’t make competent guides, but the practice questions aren’t as realistic and consistent. So, in short, The actual GRE is not more challenging than practice tests as long as you study from official material.

Are the Manhattan GRE test harder?

No they are not. The actual GRE quant section is more or less of the same difficulty level as Manhattan’s. Especially the second quant section in the actual GRE is tough, when you do the 1st quant section well.

How is GRE scored?

Three scores are reported on the GRE General Test: A Verbal Reasoning score is reported on a 130–170 score scale, in 1-point increments. A Quantitative Reasoning score is reported on a 130–170 score scale, in 1-point increments. An Analytical Writing score is reported on a 0–6 score level, in half-point increments.
