  2. Affidavit Sworn by the applicant before an Executive (or) a First Class Judicial Magistrate (or)Notary Public.
  3. Registration Certificate(If the vehicle is registered one).
  4. Insurance Certificate(If the vehicle is a registered one).
  5. Valid Tax.
  6. Solvency Certificate for Rs.
