Yes it will affect your gameplay. As every games has different game mechanics and movements, it actually will effect your play style. CoD & Battlefield have totally different game mechanics,gun recoils, maps & play styles than CS. So if you really want to get better in CS , you should spend more time on CS than other.

The amount of ‘Bad’ Players makes the game nearly unplayable. Granted I know its in Beta and these are unranked matches, but the level of bad is unprecedented. The one thing I can live with is if you have no map knowledge and bad aim. Those traits can be honed over time.
