As someone that came from csgo, though wasnt really good at it, i find that people that know how to strategize can beat someone with really good aim and reflex. The amount of ‘Bad’ Players makes the game nearly unplayable. Granted I know its in Beta and these are unranked matches, but the level of bad is unprecedented. The one thing I can live with is if you have no map knowledge and bad aim. Those traits can be honed over time.
