New Delhi: The Tamil Nadu assembly on Monday passed a Bill that attempts to bypass the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for medical students in the state, instead allowing admissions to be made based on marks obtained by students in Class XII or Plus Two. All parties, except the BJP, supported the Bill.
