Will terminated employees get relieving letter?

Will terminated employees get the experience letter: It depends upon the company. However, some companies do issue the experience letter, but some prefer to acknowledge it as a service letter. Many companies do mention the termination word in the experience letter.

What is the difference between termination letter and relieving letter?

When you say employee is terminated, it means you have issued Termination Letter, mentioning reason for termination. In such case there is no need to issue separate relieving letter. Termination Letter itself will say that, your services are terminated and you are relieved on so and so date.

Elements of a Relieving Letter Employee’s Detail: After mentioning the issuance date, resigning employees’ full name, designation, department, employee ID, and the name of the organisation has to be mentioned. Any benefit or Salary Accrued Pending: Inform the employee when his dues will cleared if any.
