IIRC, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.0 have similar physical layer, with link layer having different line encodings. If a chip can output HDMI 2.1, it should have enough circuit for DIsplayPort. since RTX 3000 can do HDMI at 12Gbps, it it should be able to handle DP 2.0 at least at UHBR 10.
