Why is Test cricket better than T20?

Test Cricket is about pride. In T20, 10 batsmen have to bat for 20 overs so players don’t value their wicket much but in Test, the same 10 batsmen have to bat for a whole day and more comprising of 100+ overs and hence players put a value on their wicket.
