Why is passion important in dancing?

Passion is a key component to any dancer. After the steps are learned, the blood sweat and tears are shed, and it’s time to take the stage, passion is what’s left to give. Without passion, dancing is just steps. Each dancer is given the opportunity to convey a story every time they perform.

Dance career is very respectable and with it dancers can go international too. Dance is a medium to express one’s feelings and emotion through action and the dancer conveys their message to the audience by using various dance forms. A dancer expresses through the body movements and facial expressions.

I enjoy how varied dance can be and the freedom of expression it gives. I love ballet in particular because of its beauty and complexity. Dancing makes me feel calm after a busy day, as well as energised. Dancing in my free time helps me to feel good about myself and pushes me to keep progressing and improving.

First, people speculate that music was created through rhythmic movement—think: tapping your foot. Second, some reward-related areas in the brain are connected with motor areas.
