Why does my house shake when a truck drives by?

The truck is heavy. The heavy truck bouncing on the uneven surface of the road generates movement, similar to waves in water, which travel through the soil to the foundation of your home. These waves shake your home from the foundation up.

Moving heavy pieces of furniture to another part of a room may stabilize a floor and eliminate vibrations. Special rubber cups that fit onto the legs of a washer and dryer may reduce floor vibrations in a laundry room and adjoining rooms.

Is it normal for house to shake in wind?

How do you block road noise from your yard?

Instead of blocking noise with your yard, add a fountain or waterfall that generates its own noise. These sources of more-pleasant white noise reduce the impact of the road noise. To block the sound from your house and yard, you need a strong wall that is relatively tall.

How to get rid of vibration in my Sleep?

I think that as you find ways to physically dampen the vibration, you will gradually begin to relax more, and then, hopefully, sleep through it. But you need to do things to calm your nervous system: meditation, the 4-7-8 breath I wrote about recently, exercise, etc.
