Why do fried eggs taste different than scrambled eggs?

The scrambled egg is placed in the fat, and what fat is in the pan is incorporated within the egg. A fried egg has two distinct tastes to it; the white and the yolk. The scrambled egg has a distinctly different taste when the two mediums are thoroughly whipped together.
