Why did Dumbledore not teach Harry occlumency?

Why didn’t Dumbledore tell Harry about Snape’s plan to kill him?

Dumbledore had to keep certain things hidden from Harry just in case Voldemort read his mind. He did not want Harry knowing that Snape brought the sword of Gryffindor for that reason, it is very likely that he did not want Harry knowing that he planed to have Snape kill him for the very same reason.

How good of an Occlumens was Snape?

Snape was a good enough Occlumens to fool Voldemort, possibly more skilled than Dumbledore himself. Of course Dumbledore, who was busy hunting Horcruxes that year and trusted Snape, asked him to do the job. He just ignored the fact that they couldn’t stand each other (maybe he thought exposure would smooth some of those rough edges between them).

Did Voldemort know Dumbledore taught Harry Potter Occlumency?

If Harry learned Occlumency successfully, Voldemort would naturally have assumed Dumbledore taught him. The reason Dumbledore assigned Snape to teach Harry is that Snape was simply the best Occlumens there was. He had successfully acted as a spy to Dumbledore, all the while expertly deceiving Voldemort.
