Why did Carol give Rick her watch?

Sam and Ana encounter Rick Grimes, who kills a walker outside of a room in the house which they are trapped in. Rick and his companion Carol Peletier give Sam and Ana guns, and they all split up to find supplies. Rick gives Sam his watch so that he can return on time.

Why does tyreese forgive Carol?

Tyreese says he cannot kill a child, leaving the onerous task to Carol. Seeing that the taking of another life affects Carol deeply, he says he won’t forget but he forgives her because it is not a decision she makes lightly. The next day, Carol, Tyreese and Judith leave the house and continue towards Terminus.

Why was Carol banished?

The episode was written by Matthew Negrete and directed by Tricia Brock. The episode is seen as a transitional stage for the development of Carol, having become cold and making difficult decisions to survive, ultimately causing Rick to feel unsafe and thus, he exiles her.

Why does Carol mean to Sam?

The reason she did it was because he caught her in the act of sneaking guns out of the armory. If she were to be caught, Ricks still new to Alexandria group would either be ousted from Alexandria or punished accordingly.

Rick reassures Carol that she is now more than capable of surviving on her own. He gives her supplies, and the two go their separate ways on tense, but amicable, terms.

It is because Carol kept everything a secret, and proceeded to continue keep everything hidden, that Rick kicked her out. She was untrustworthy, not only because she murdered people, but primarily because she hid the truth away from Rick and the council.
