Why did Black Zetsu revive Kaguya?

To revive Ten Tails with FULL POWER all chakra spread across is needed including Black Zetsu. This is achieved by Tsukoyomi. This whole powered Divine Tree will then revive Kaguya because she ate the Devil Fruit hence she is also revived indirectly by Tsukoyomi.

Why does Kaguya have to be sealed?

Naruto and Sasuke could only seal Kaguya because they had help from Kakashi who came up with the plan and opened the possibility to touch her with his Kamui when he transported her All Ash Killing Bone away. If not for him they woud be certainly dead.

How did Black Zetsu revive Kaguya?

When Black Zetsu impaled Madara, he transfered Kaguya’s will into Madara. By this process, Kaguya was revived by using Madara’s body as the host vessel. And yes, it was planned from beginning by Zetsu. He was created by Kaguya and served only her.

Madara didn’t die from Black Zetsu. In the scene, Black Zetsu stabbed Madara in the chest and made him absorb a lot of chakra and converted Madara into Kaguya Otsutsuki. The real reason for Madara’s death was not that Black Zetsu stabbed him. A person dies when their tailed beast chakra is extracted from them.

How many eyes does Black Zetsu have?

The black mass contains two yellow eyes, which lack any visible sclerae or pupils, and it occasionally shapes itself to form a mouth with jagged teeth. Black Zetsu appears to have only retained one eye after being placed within White Zetsu by Madara, though it regained the second eye upon Kaguya’s revival.
