Who is the most powerful God and why?

Zeus is the king of the Greek gods and the supreme ruler of Olympus. Zeus is the supreme deity in Ancient Greek religion and is also known as the Father, the god of thunder, or the “cloud-gatherer” because it was thought that he ruled the skies and weather. Being so powerful, could Zeus really fear anyone or anything?

Who is the strongest mythological god?

The Greek deities come in many different categories. Out of the Olympians the most powerful by far is Zeus[1]. None of the other Olympians were able to overthrow him. For the most powerful Greek gods overall he would be rivaled by the primordials[2].

Does Jesus have favorites?

Clearly, if Jesus did not have a favorite disciple, John must have thought otherwise. Yes, those familiar with the Gospel narratives know that there was a select Three among the Twelve: namely, Peter, James and John. Theologians refer to them as the Triumvirate, those in whom Jesus confided more than the other Nine.

Does God show favoritism?

“God doesn’t show favoritism” is a generalization that whoever saved (perhaps except for His direct witnesses) are brought to heaven legitimately (in terms of law and covenants) and under open witnesses. God however has many ways to get a person saved. Israel as a whole was once called to be God’s witness.

Does Jesus play favorites?

The Bible says God doesn’t play favorites . So why did Jesus play favorites with his disciples, since John was one of his three favorites? Fair enough. Jesus did seem to have three favorite disciples, and John was one of them. John’s brother James was another. Peter was the third. They were Jesus’s best friends, as the Gospel writers reported it.

Does God have favorites?

God does not have favorites, but He does have intimates. God does not choose some people to bless and leave the rest of us to make our own way out of life’s messes. The Bible teaches that God loves all people, He is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
