What blood type will be rejected by a person with O blood type?
But if you have type O blood, your red blood cells have neither A or B markers. So: Your body will have both A and B antibodies and will therefore feel the need to defend itself against A, B, and AB blood. A person with O blood can only get a transfusion with O blood.

Type B+ donors can donate to people with type B+ and AB+. In this sense, this population group can receive blood from either type B or type 0. Type B+ blood donors can make the greatest impact with both whole blood and double red cell donations.
Can a positive people donate blood to other blood groups?
People who are A-positive can donate blood both to their own blood group and to people who are AB-positive. This is because they share the same type of proteins, so the body won’t attack the new cells, as it recognizes them as its own.
Can you donate a kidney with an O+ blood type?
O patients can only get a kidney from someone with the O blood type. When a patient’s potential living donor has one blood type, and the patient has a different, incompatible blood type, that donor would typically be unsuitable for that patient.
