Which statement best describes the difference between quality and grade?

Quality is about keeping your promise that the product will perform a specific behavior, and grade is the category of the product. Low-grade is not a problem and is acceptable, while low-quality is always a problem and never acceptable.

What quality grade means?

A quality grade is a composite evaluation of factors that affect palatability of meat (tenderness, juiciness, and flavor). These factors include carcass maturity, firmness, texture, and color of lean, and the amount and distribution of marbling within the lean.

Grade to Date does not include activities with due dates after the report date – even if the activity has been completed and scored.
