Never work with tcs. My main reason to leave tcs is politics. In tcs you will find the most pathetic and bad politics . Managers who even can’t speak proper english think that the own the company and do whatever they feel like and when you will go and seek HR help then she will also speak the same language.

No TCS doesnot fire employees. As CEO only stated they are here to hire employees and create more opportunities and not to fire them. Even though many companies fired employees under recession time,it was the TCS which didnot fire employees instead created more and more opportunities.

It can be Monthly, Weekly or Daily. Overtime: This is an extra payment given to the employee for additional work beyond the daily working hours. Bonus / Incentive: Additional payment for better performance.

Why is TCS bad?

Tcs is said to be policy driven company and transparent but its all fake. Employees are not aware what is going on in the management. Tcs has one of the most pathetic performance policy format , they have a set of generic questions which dosen’t make any sense while evaluating the performance of the employee.

In the current scenario, cognizant is dealing with much better clients than TCS. More over their work culture and knowledge sharing process is very much efficient than TCS. Their hikes are some what lesser when compared to TCS. So if compensation matters you go and join TCS.
