Where does the story of Paul Begin?

Saul’s transition to Paul actually takes place in Acts 13:9. Before that point, he was referred to as Saul and after that point, he was referred to as Paul in scripture. If you want the context and his conversion story though, you should start at Acts 8 which is where Saul first appears.
