What to do when you are losing your sanity?
Instead try a few of theses steps I take when I feel like I’m losing my sanity:
- Pause and breathe. I say to myself, “I am here, I am still, I am safe and I can feel my inhale and exhale.
- Employ your rational mind.
- Refuse to catastrophize.
- Focus on something else.
- Control what you can.
- Have a little faith.
How do you know if you’ve lost your sanity?
Symptoms of dissociation:
- going numb or blank.
- extreme panic or feeling overwhelmed.
- disembodied or disconnected from oneself.
- incessant worrying or screen-playing in your head.
- dissociative states or detachment from others.
- emotional withdrawal or shut down.
- not feeling grounded.
- feeling abandoned.
Why is it important to loosen up your body before showtime?
Not only that, it increases muscle efficiency, improves reaction time and your movements. Here are some exercises to loosen up your body before show time: Neck and shoulder rolls – This helps relieve upper body muscle tension and pressure as the rolls focus on rotating the head and shoulders, loosening the muscle.
Why do I feel full all the time without eating?
