Marketing affects all aspects of our life and has a great impact on consumer behavior. Every day we use products from advertising: from toothpaste to clothes. Marketing forms consumers buying decisions. Also, with marketing people gain the opportunity to choose from a huge variety of products.

Yes, according to my perspective marketing is everywhere. The reason for this is that it describes marketing as a point of contact between supply (firm) and demand (potential customers). Thus, it portrays marketing as a boundary between a company and its external environment.

Marketing drives a consumer economy, promoting goods and services and targeting consumers most likely to become buyers. Higher sales for a business that employs successful marketing strategies translate into expansion, job creation, higher tax revenue for governments and, eventually, overall economic growth.

As far as I am concerned I believe advertising spread awareness of new products to consumers which at the end of the day benefits all. Some of the methods used in advertising are unethical and unacceptable in today’s society. To what extent do you agree with this view? Advertising is all around us.
