Can a person change their disposition completely?
Yes, a person can change their disposition. This is the nature of a dynamic being. Can it completely change? Well, to what degree? Assuming that the change is a biological one, we already know that parts of the brain can be removed which entirely encapsulate certain memories or functions of the body etc. So yes, it can completely change.
