Being labeled as a nosy person can carry a very negative connotation, as someone solely interested in the negative things that is affecting a person’s life. Honestly, being nosy is more human and normal than anything else.

There isn’t much difference between eagerness and curiosity, the only difference is that curiosity is difficult to satisfy, curious is a person who tends to explore, ask many questions whereas as a person is eager when he/she is keen to know more about something. Inquisitive comes from quaerere, to ask or seek. So inquisitiveness is weighted toward asking questions in an organized or intelligent way, while curiosity has more to do with being interested.
