What is Trusum?

Truscum are people who think dysphoria is an essential component of being trans and anyone who doesn’t experience it is fake, “appropriating transness”, a “transtrender”, etc. They very often exclude non-binary and agender people as well.

What is Truscom?

I’ve talked in the past about harassment that I’d experienced years ago from trans folks who identify as “truscum” (so, for outsiders, transgender people who believe gender dysphoria and medical transition are necessary to identify as trans — otherwise known as transmedicalists).

What is Enbyphobe?

Discrimination or prejudice against non-binary people, people who do not identify as male or female, may occur in social, legal, or medical contexts. This is sometimes known as enbyphobia.

What is Exclus?

An Exclusionist, also known as an Exclus, Exclu, or Reactionary Exclusionist Gatekeeper (REG), is someone who attempts to gatekeep the LGBT+ community by claiming that certain groups aren’t “really” LGBT+ based on their own definition.

What is the difference between gender incongruence and gender dysphoria?

If a person experiences distress resulting from incongruence between gender identity and assigned gender (which happens usually at birth), this person is gender dysphoric. Gender dysphoric individuals may have DSD, but mostly have physical sex characteristics which all correspond with each other.
