What is the timing of NEET exam 2018?

10.00 am to 1.00 pm
Exam time and duration NEET 2018 will be conducted on Sunday, May 6, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. The exam duration will be three hours. Reporting time for candidates will start from 7:30 am. No candidate will be allowed entry to the exam hall after 9:30 am.

Who conducted NEET 2018?

  • How to qualify NEET?

    Candidates have to be qualified in Physics,Chemistry,Biology/Biotechnology,and English individually in the qualifying examination which is 10+2 or equivalent,as per NEET 2021 eligibility criteria.

  • Candidates belonging from the Unreserved category must have scored a minimum required percentage of 50\% marks in Physics,Chemistry,and Biology/Biotechnology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates should have scored 40\% of passing marks in Class 12 in Physics,Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
  • Medical aspirants with locomotor disability of lower limbs must have secured a minimum of 45\% marks for General-PH and 40\% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH in aggregate in Physics,Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

    Is NEET a computer-based exam or offline exam?

    National Testing Agency (NTA) has previously released a notification confirming that the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) along with JEE Main, UGC NET, CMAT, and GPAT would be conducted in online mode as a Computer Based Test (CBT). However now the online exam stands cancelled. Instead, it will be an offline pen and paper based test.
