Considering the fact that I am not from NSIT, I’ll refrain to comment much on ICE as my knowledge about both the college and the branch are limited.

ICE gives you taste of electrical, electronics, and computer. Accordingly you can choose your interest and built your career in that domain. Less competetion in campus placement at NSIT as compared to DTU. Also in competitive exams like GATE and others.
