Steps to Download e-Aadhaar through Umang App

  1. Step 1: Download and open the Umang App.
  2. Step 2: Click “Aadhaar Card” under all services tab.
  3. Step 3: Click “View Aadhaar Card From DigiLocker”
  4. Step 4: Login with your DigiLocker Account or Aadhaar number.
  5. Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

How many times can I get my e-Aadhaar card?

You can get your e-Aadhaar card as many times as you desire. You cannot download an Aadhaar card unless you have an OTP. The UIDAI sends an OTP to your registered mobile phone for security purposes. You will not be able to download an Aadhaar card if your phone number is not registered with the UIDAI.
