What is the most popular language in Iran?

Persian
Although Persian (Farsi) is the predominant and official language of Iran, a number of languages and dialects from three language families—Indo-European, Altaic, and Afro-Asiatic—are spoken. Roughly three-fourths of Iranians speak one of the Indo-European languages.

Which language is harder Arabic or Persian?

Persian is an easier language to learn and it’s more homogenous in the different countries where it’s spoken. Arabic on the other hand is extremely difficult and has huge regional differences which means that you’ll have to choose a dialect to focus on.

Should I learn Persian or Arabic first?

One, although Persian and Arabic are from completely different language families, the Persian language has thousands of words derived from Arabic vocabulary so if you decide to learn Arabic one day after learning Persian, you would already know a lot of words. So by learning Persian, you would essentially be learning some Arabic at the same time!

Is Farsi A native language in Iran?

Native Iranian Persian speakers call it Fārsi. Farsi is the Arabicized form of Pārsi, subsequent to Muslim conquest of Persia, due to a lack of the phoneme /p/ in Standard Arabic (i.e., the /p/ was replaced with an /f/). The origin of the name Farsi and the place of origin of the language which is Fars Province is the Arabicized form of Pārs.

Is it possible to learn Farsi without reading its script?

In fact, anyone can learn to speak Farsi language without reading its script. I have had many Farsi students who are able to speak Farsi at the intermediate level, but they are not able to read Farsi. If you want to avoid learning Farsi alphabet, then you need to use transliterate system for writing Farsi words and sentences.

How to learn the Persian language with music?

Listening to Persian songs is also an excellent way to practice your listening, learn new words and phrases and enjoy the beauty of the Persian language and music at the same time. You can listen to this song, and try to sing along with the lyrics, just to give you an idea of what Persian sounds like.
