Graphics is a method of communication that we use to portray our ideas to our audience, and the better we can communicate the more information that they can retain.

1. You Get Paid for Being Creative. At the heart of a graphic designer’s work is their creative spirit and when you become a graphic designer, you get to apply this every day. A graphic designer has to challenge themselves with deeper creative questions about how to express a message in a design.
Why did you choose graphic design over architecture?
The opportunities in the web/graphic world are far more vast (imho) than in architecture and offer a greater work/design ratio (where not many in architecture get to continually design buildings). Also, I prefer the pace. Projects start/end so much quicker there is a sense of fulfillment that comes with that.
Why do you want to study computer architecture?
Because you will likely use it for the rest of your life, Because you are a CS major, studying computer science. Because computer architecture is perhaps the most fundamental subject in computer science. Without computers, the field of computer science does not exist.
What do architects study before designing a building?
Before designing a building, we (as architecture students) get to do a hand on the study of a live project of the similar genre that helps us to understand the scope of the project better. We get a hindsight on the architect’s design principle, functions algorithm, what worked and what didn’t.
