What is the difference between Nama and namaha?

The former, Om Namah Shivaya, is correct. The word is नमः, not नमह. If नमः is at the end of the sentence then it is pronounced Namaha, but if another word immediately follows it (like “Shivaya”) then the second part of the vowel is not voiced between the breath and the following word.
