What is the difference between ejector and injector?

Ejectors are used for mixing liquid and solid products with a liquid (often water or steam). Injectors are used to increase the temperature of a liquid. It also causes a constant recirculation of the product inside the tank which ensures a good mixture and uniformity of temperature.
