What is the difference between Edit Poly and Editable Poly?

In addition to the caddies in common with Editable Poly, Edit Poly gives you an Align Geometry dialog, available from the Settings button on the Edit Poly Mode rollout. Edit Poly lacks Editable Poly’s Subdivision Surface and Subdivision Displacement rollouts.
