What is P2 profile?

Block 2 includes codes that describe the Soldier’s capacity to deploy. It should be noted that Soldiers with a permanent 2 (P2) profile can be retained in the Army; however, Soldiers may need to change their military occupational specialties (MOSs) based on their physical limitations and duty requirements.

What is MRC3 Army?

The MRC3 (Medical Readiness Category 3) option displays the percentage of Soldiers in each DL (Deployment Limiting) category within the selected region. MRC3 Soldiers are comprised of MRC3A and MRC3B Soldiers. The percentage of MRC3B Soldiers that have a temporary profile greater than 30 days.
