How do you make Moon Tea?
1/2 teaspoon ginger root
- Gather your tea + loose herbs.
- Place them in a clear glass jar.
- Fill jar with warm (NOT boiling or steaming) water.
- Loosely cover with lid or cheesecloth.
- Leave outside in the moonlight overnight to soak up those powerful lunar vibes.
- In the morning, strain the herbs from the tea.

How do you drink Moon Tea?
To enjoy, either steep 2-3 tbsp in hot water and strain, or preferably, let infuse overnight. To infuse, pour boiling filtered water over the herbs, loosely cover with a lid and then strain and enjoy in the morning.
