(i) Secretary, OPE stated that 3rd PRC had recommended uniform fitment benefit of 15\% of Basic Pay plus DA in case the financial impact of the pay revision is within 20\% of the average PBT of last 3 years and part fitment slabs of 10\% and 5\% in case the financial impact is more than 20\%.
