What happens to Soma at the end of food wars?

The manga ends with Soma and Erina facing each other in the final match of BLUE. Erina acknowledges Soma’s cooking but insists on calling it “disgusting”. In the events of the epilogue ~Le dessert~, after the events of BLUE, Soma took an indefinite leave before taking the third year exams.

Who does Soma yukihira end up with?

Soma and Erina’s relationship (the context is that eventually they will end up marry each other only Tsukuda didn’t want to explain how) and the future of their friends is up to our imagination.

Does food wars have a happy ending?

A brief flashback makes it clear that Erina indeed won the BLUE, with Soma taking second place, but that wasn’t the real victory. Whatever Erina cooked, it won over her mother’s heart and God Tongue alike, and the Nakiri curse is finally broken. Everyone is coming together and reconciling, even Azami.

The ones that are confirmed who loves Soma (as more than a friend, of course) are Ikumi and Megumi. Erina will soon realize that she loves Soma too as stated by the author. Actually it was confirmed by the author that the only feelings Megumi has towards Soma is that of admiration, nothing more nothing else.

Erina then responds with her specialty dish: Oyakudon. Everyone is surprised to see her serve such a simple dish as a result of Soma’s challenge, as she used to believe Don dishes were “second rate,” and that it isn’t a typical French dish. But she gets her father to try it despite his protests.
