What does na plot mean?

N.A. stands for Non-Agricultural. Hence N.A. plots for residential or commercial use. Usually, N.A. plots are looked at as the second home property & hence an investment perspective to get better appreciation in future. There are many property owners who deal in such property.

Is it good to buy non na plot?

Yes you can but before you proceed with this I would like to suggest you to interact with the concerned authorities. The builder has divided the land into plots but hasn’t converted it into non agricultural land. You should ask the builder to do it. Or buy the property and then do it yourself.

What is Na order?

Non agriculture noc (NA noc ) means change in land use over time. Any land by default is considered as agriculture land use. Turning such agriculture use of land into residential is called as NA order. Agricultural land cannot be used for constructing any property whether it is residential or commercial.

  2. Mutation Letter.
