What does it meaning 1/3 negative marking?

The ⅓ rd of every wrong answer is taken as a negative mark subtracted from the grand total. This 1/3rd means one-third of the assigned marks to a specific question. These 1/3rd marks are deducted for each wrong answer.

What is the duration of AIIMS norcet exam?

The AIIMS NORCET examination is conducted through an online Computer Based Test (CBT) with 200 numbers of multiple choice questions. Each question carries one mark. There will be negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer. The duration of exam will be 3 hours (180 minutes).
