Literally it means that they have a hard time guessing your thoughts and feelings based on your words and behavior, harder than with others. But quite often even if people think someone is “easy to read,” they may well be wrong. At the end of the day it does not matter.

Difficulties with Reading. Roughly 85\% of children diagnosed with learning difficulties have a primary problem with reading and related language skills. Reading difficulties are neurodevelopmental in nature. Neurodevelopmental problems don’t go away, but they do not mean that a student (or an adult) cannot learn or progress in school and life.
