What do we do on narak chaturdashi?

People get up earlier and celebrate with oil baths, aarti, pooja, and festivals. Firecrackers are usually lit on Deepavali. Some Tamil homes observe “nombu” and do Lakshmi Puja on this day.

People deck up their homes with lights or lamps, floral arrangements, rangoli, and more to celebrate the festival. People also commemorate by donating to the less fortunate and underprivileged. Deepavali 2020 may not be as zealous as Deepavali 2019 keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind.

In the evening I decorated my house with Electric bulbs & diyas , flowers and also made very beautiful rangoli in my verandah. After Lakshmi Puja at our home then At night time we all went to an amazing party in our society. We enjoyed a lot in the party.
