(i) Lack of Infrastructure: Nagaland is not known for her developed infrastructure for giving either full-time or part-time jobs. So, there is a huge number of unemployed people, especially youth. (ii) Lack of Dignity/Sense-of-Pride: Most of the people, especially in Nagaland lacks dignity of labour.
