What is illegal in the purge?
Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including murder, will be legal for 12 continuous hours. Weapons of class 4 and lower have been authorized for use during the Purge. All other weapons are restricted. Police, fire and emergency medical services will be unavailable until tomorrow morning at 7 am.
What happens if you kidnap someone during the purge?
If you kidnap someone for ransom, well, it makes no sense cause probably the family won’t be able to pay during that period. On whether or not you can keep someone you kidnapped during Purge Night: it’s possible the person you kidnapped may be presumed dead with all the killing that goes on.
